Lulah lOvEd ParIS iN tHe sPRingTIMe... my altered cigar box for the MPTS August challenge...

Lulah Hildebrandt...aspiring young American artist....in the spring of 1922 perhaps...

Traveled to Paris to find herself, experience life...and paint. She didn't have much money, nor did she know anyone there...but knew she must go.... A cœur vaillant rien impossible - To a valiant heart nothing is impossible!!

I imagine an young artista in Paris...in the spring of 1922...would keep her treasured paints and brushes in a little box such as this...

I imagine she would've taken it with her on her walks, along the Seine, along with some sort of canvas, to paint whatever it was that inspired her that day...in Paris.. in the spring time...

Well, That is what I imagine anyway ;)

What a wonderful idea for the challenge! I love the little touches like the handkerchief and the ribbon around the box! I am going to have to start hunting around some stores here for a cigar box!
